Robin S. Trupp has 30-plus years of experience in litigation with an emphasis on transactional facets of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and creditors rights, real estate law and employment law. He also has represented clients with needs related to aviation law, securities and antitrust issues, insurance and tort matters, and intellectual property issues. Representing companies throughout Florida and across the United States, Mr. Trupp’s diverse client list includes lenders and creditors involved in lender liability defense, manufacturers in products defects cases, and businesses in non-compete and antitrust disputes. Mr. Trupp has also developed niche experience in equine law. He frequently oversees the transfer and ownership of horses, as well as interests in horses, and matters impacting the industry.

Attorney Mark Howard received his law degree in 1988 and has been practicing law in Florida since then. His current focus is family law and commercial litigation for small businesses, although his experience is much broader than that.
